Southwest Pediatrics offers a variety of informative and interactive classes to support new and expecting parents. From virtual meet-and-greets with pediatricians to hands-on learning experiences in “101” classes, our sessions provide expert guidance on essential topics. Whether you’re preparing for your baby’s arrival, learning about feeding and sleep techniques, or exploring ways to bond through massage, these events are designed to help you feel confident and supported on your parenting journey.

Join us every second Tuesday of the month at 5:30 PM on Google Meet. New and expecting parents are invited to meet our pediatricians virtually. Meet all of our board-certified providers, ask questions, and learn more about what happens once your baby is born!
Newborn 101
This class helps new and expecting parents feel confident and prepared for their baby’s first weeks at home. Led by board-certified pediatricians, it covers essentials like newborn care, safe sleep, soothing techniques, and more
Breastfeeding 101
Learn essential breastfeeding tips like latching techniques, breastfeeding stages, and comfortable feeding positions. Join us in a safe, supportive environment to get your questions answered and gain confidence in your breastfeeding journey.
Infant Massage 101
Bond with your baby while learning soothing, hands-on techniques from a certified professional. Held onsite, these interactive classes provide expert guidance to help you nurture your little one with confidence.
